NanoTags are microscopic nickel markers carrying an identification code. Mixed with a special adhesive, they bond to suitable surfaces and become virtually invisible when dry.
UV light helps locate the marked area. A microscope is used to read the code, which can be checked against registration details to help identify the asset.

Apply NanoTag to suitable, sheltered areas following your kit’s instructions. Use the tube for personal belongings and the spray kit for the caravan.
Display the warning labels where they can be seen. They tell a would-be thief that the caravan or item has been marked and can be identified.
Complete your free Basic registration and keep your details current. Record serial numbers and take photos of your valuables for your own inventory.

Yes. The Personal Asset Kit includes one separate electronic Smart Tag, alongside the NanoTag marking tube, warning labels and free Basic registration. The Smart Tag has its own setup and operating instructions. Contact us if you need help checking device compatibility before purchase.

Yes. Both kits include free Basic registration. Register your NanoTag code and ownership details at register.nanotagaustralia.com.au. The spray kit registration relates to the caravan’s VIN. Optional paid registration services are separate.
NanoTag is designed to help deter theft and support identification. It does not physically prevent theft and cannot guarantee recovery. Use it alongside appropriate locks, alarms, secure storage and other precautions.
Follow the supplied instructions for your product. Apply only to suitable surfaces and sheltered, low-wear areas. Avoid moving parts, electrical contacts, vents, control surfaces and areas where application could affect safe operation. Contact NanoTag if you are unsure.
